P.G. Diploma in Library Automation and Networking

The discipline of Library and Information Science has undergone a paradigm shift in order to maintain the libraries and information systems in a changed digital networked environment. The PGDLAN programme thus, aims at equipping the students with adequate technical skill in the operations of the library automation and networking. The programme will enable the students to get hands on experience in library automation environment and networking aspects during the contact programmes. At the end of the programme, the students would become familiar with planning and organizing various techniques in library automation and networking.
