Common Application Form

1.	Please fill the online form using Mozilla Firefox 3.5 above or Internet Explorer 8 above
2.	Mode of Payment is through Demand Draft or by depositing the required amount in the DDCE SBI account.
3.	All the given fields are compulsary.(except the email field)
4.	The Form cannot be submitted without checking the declaration statement.
5.	For computer science and MBA (2 year) programmes the candidate must deposit the printed form with all relevant documents in the study center which he/she has opted as first preference
6.	For on-campus courses the candidates must deposit the printed form with all relevant documents in DDCE office or send by speed post.
7.	The candidates can save the page generated after submitting the form for future use by choosing save option form FILE menu in the browser or print the form using a PDF converter(e.g. doPDF)
